Thanks for your kind comments. The theme is Graphene (see the link at the bottom of the page in the credits). It’s extremely flexible with many options for customization, and it’s free. Of course, they appreciate contributions for their work. I use Graphene on both of my blogs. It’s the basis for the entire site at A Penny and Change.

I agree with all your points. Another myth that gets ‘em every time: “If you build it, they will come.” No they won’t. Your website is one of millions in a global marketplace. You need to update content continually, invite incoming links by the droves and promote, promote, promote.

Very interesting, Penny. You have a true entrepreneurial spirit! It’s not a market I’ve ever thought of before, but now that you bring it up, it does make perfect sense. I agree with you that death is a subject that most people are terribly uncomfortable with, unless they have experienced the death of a loved one. I have, so it’s not something I’d run from. Regardless, beyond monetary considerations, it must be rewarding in a spiritual sense. Food for thought. Thanks, Penny!

I can say that I have never sincerely thought about this topic in quite this manner before, and it is truly interesting. As a woman with in-laws in their 70s, I have sat and made myself depressed thinking of what I would say at their funeral and how do most people get through such tough situations. This has really given me something to think about as I am not shy about voicing my opinions, and I enjoy helping other people. Thank you for posting. Joy
